I have a shake daily to give me the nutrients I need. Also, I’m a very skinny person with a high metabolism so the shakes are helping me keep weight on as well as helping build muscles but for my husband it’s helping him lose weight and gain muscle.We couldn’t be happier. I chose vita hustle over shakeology. They say there are no omega 3’s in your product but that is not what the ingredients say. My biggest concern with any of the health drinks is what it is truly doing to my body. 20 years ago they used to put creatine in it which destroys the creatinine in your kidneys. I want to be healthy and take care of myself not have the drink destroy my organs. I do think we’ve come a long way from that. Keep up the good work Kevin and keep your product safe and healthy.

I love One Superfood Protein + Greens. The taste is delicious and it helps me get more vegetables in my life.

The protein shake is very tasty, it does not have a chalky flavor taste like a milkshake. Healthy since I put the greens in it too.
