Subscription & Cancellation Policy

SUBCRIPTION POLICY

By purchasing a VitaHustle Subscription, we will ship your products at the intervals offered during checkout. You'll save up to 30% off of one-time purchase prices, and will get free U.S. shipping on every shipment over $60.  You accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel, pause, skip or change your subscription at any time through the Manage Subscriptions section of your account at vitahustle.com or by emailing help@vitahustle.com.  We will send you an email 3-days prior to your next order shipping.  Once the order is placed by our system, the order cannot be changed as our shipping processes immediately.  Act quickly if you need to make changes to your order before the next ship date as many of our products are costly to ship and return shipments are the responsibility of the customer. If the order is processed and you wanted to make a change, you will need to contact us to determine the next steps.


AUTOMATIC SUBCRIPTION TERMS

Once you subscribe, VitaHustle will continue to automatically process your subscription/s at the cadence you selected until you cancel. Your order/s will be processed by the same method of payment that you made on the initial purchase. You are able to pause, skip, change or cancel your subscription/s at any time in the Manage Subscription customer portal at vitahustle.com.  Login with your email and password and click on Manage Account. Should you wish to change your billing method, address, phone number or email, you may do so by going to our site at Vitahustle.com and clicking on Account>Manage Subscription.  If you have any issues whatsoever, please contact us at help@vitahustle.com


CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your VitaHustle Subscription at any time by logging into your account, clicking on Account>Manage Subscription, and clicking on cancel account at the bottom of the subscription you wish to cancel. We send you an email 3-days before your shipment is billed and shipped. If you don't cancel or contact us to cancel your subscription within this time period and the order ships, you will be responsible to return the product in order to receive a refund. In addition, you will need to cancel your subscription to stop future orders from shipping. If you need help, contact help@vitahustle.com.
