I love the coffee flavor. It tastes just like an expensive blended coffee drink, blended with ice and almond milk. The caffeine gives me that little extra push to get my blood flowing in the morning but does not make me jittery.

I prefer the chocolate and I mix it with banana and peanut butter and almond milk in the blender. If you wanted additional protein you could add in a protein shake!

I’ve tried a few brands., this one is my favorite. The ingredients are clean and the ashwaganda is such a wonderful addition. The cafe late is my favorite, the chocolate banana close second. I have 1-2 of these per day while I’m working. I use almond milk or ice cubes and water. It’s really a game changer

First off, I LOVE COFFEE... so my first choice is a given! Week 1, I was getting used to the flavor but its not that bad.
I've had stomach issues for a while and was a bit hesitant about how this would affect me, but man am I glad I tried it! I can actually eat a meal, drink my dose later in the day and eat meals without feeling so uncomfortable afterward.
In addition to vitamins I also started taking, this has helped me in ways that I've been searching for, seriously! I want to try another flavor but I'm pretty hooked on this one!

This does not have the nasty after taste. I love that. It's also not grimmy.

I started VH about 1.5 months ago and not only does it taste great, but I can feel a huge difference in my energy levels and sleep well as well. I do believe it helps balance your levels… I’ve lost 15 pounds and overall feel so good.

So far so good.. I have a pretty strict regimen that I have to follow., and so these things have been really good for me and I have tolerated really well...
