4 Ways to Use Your VitaHustle Protein Beyond the Shaker Bottle

Protein is so much more than a shake after your workout. To stay strong, satisfied, and lean, protein needs to show up throughout your day—busy mornings, afternoon slumps, sweet cravings, and nourishing meals included. With clean ingredients and crave-worthy flavors, VitaHustle makes it easy to boost your protein intake without complicating your routine.

Here are a few simple, delicious ways to use your VitaHustle ONE Protein beyond the classic shake.

Recipe #1: Protein Yogurt Bowl

Coach Kerstin’s flavor picks: Vanilla, Blueberry, Cinnamon Roll, or Strawberry

Steps:

1.     Add 1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt to a bowl.
(Sheep or goat milk yogurt is even better—often easier to digest.)

2.     Stir in 1 scoop of VitaHustle protein powder until smooth.

3.     Top with fresh berries, sliced banana, cinnamon, or a drizzle of nut butter.

4.     Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for later.

Recipe #2: Oatmeal + Millet Protein Breakfast

(Makes 4–6 Servings)

This cozy, make-ahead breakfast is perfect for fueling busy—or cold—mornings when you want long-lasting energy and serious protein.

Coach Kerstin’s flavor picks: Vanilla, Blueberry, Cinnamon Roll, or even Chocolate

Steps:

1.     Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a medium pot.

2.     Add 1 cup organic oatmeal (look for “protein oats” and “glyphosate-free”) and 1 cup organic millet.

3.     Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until grains are soft and most of the liquid is absorbed.

4.     When the mixture is almost finished cooking, stir in 4 scoops of VitaHustle Vanilla protein powder.

5.     Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.

To serve:
• Scoop one portion into a bowl.
• Stir in an additional scoop of your favorite VitaHustle flavor instead of honey or sugar.
• Top with fresh blueberries, chopped nuts, seeds, or raisins.

This combination delivers close to 40 grams of protein per serving, making it a deeply nourishing breakfast that keeps you full for hours.

Recipe #3: Protein Mug Cake (Warm and Comforting)

Perfect for afternoons when you want something sweet but balanced.

Coach Kerstin’s flavor picks: Chocolate or Cinnamon Roll

Steps:

1.     Mix 1 scoop VitaHustle protein with 1 tablespoon almond flour in a mug.

2.     Add 1 egg or 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt and a splash of milk.

3.     Microwave for 45–60 seconds. Let cool slightly and enjoy.

Coffee & Dessert Ideas

Boost your morning coffee by stirring in ½ to 1 scoop of Chocolate, Vanilla, or Latte VitaHustle for a protein-packed coffee drink without added sugar. You can also make simple protein ice cream by blending milk (or frozen bananas) with Cookies & Cream—or any favorite VitaHustle flavor—in a blender or ice cream maker.

Protein doesn’t have to be boring or limited to a shake. VitaHustle makes it easy to boost just about any recipe, keeping meals satisfying and nutrient-dense.
