Please read these Subscription Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before subscribing to any products or services offered by VitaHustle Inc ("VitaHustle," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a subscription from our website (www.vitahustle.com), you agree to these Terms, including the mandatory arbitration clause below.
Subscription Overview
When you purchase a subscription product from VitaHustle, you are enrolling in an automatic shipment program. Your subscription will automatically renew at the frequency and rate you selected at checkout, and the payment method you applied will be charged at the time your renewal order is processed, unless you cancel in accordance with these Terms.

Recurring Charges: You will be charged the stated price for the product at the frequency you selected during checkout (e.g., every 30 days). This frequency can be changed at any time by logging into manage account on vitahustle.com.

Price Changes: We may change the subscription price with prior notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. You will have the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.

Minimum Purchase: When you purchase a subscription, you’ll be receiving a loyalty discount on each shipment. Due to this, you are agreeing to receive at least one shipment after your initial purchase.

Free Trials or Discounts: If your subscription begins with a free trial or promotional price, charges will apply automatically at the standard rate unless canceled before the promotional period ends.
Free Gifts
From time to time, we run “Free Gift” offers and promotions when you purchase qualifying items or place a qualifying subscription order. These are the terms and conditions that govern those promotions:

The free gift cannot be substituted for any other item, cash, or credit.

The free gift offer is a first time gift for opting into a subscription offer, and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion unless otherwise stated.

The free gift will be dispatched with the qualifying items from your order.

If a customer cancels their subscription before receiving at least one shipment in the subscription, they will not be eligible for purchasing the offer again.

If the customer returns a product that qualifies for a free gift, the gift must also be returned in unused condition in order to receive a full refund. If the gift is not returned, the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund.
This promotion is valid only during the dates stated on the relevant page. In the event of any dispute, our decision is final.

Cancellations will apply to the next billing cycle. You will not be refunded for orders already processed or shipped. Any orders already processed or shipped must be returned to be eligible for a refund.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will apply to any subscriptions renewed or amended after the effective date of the update. We will notify you of material changes, and continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance.
Dispute Resolution & Arbitration Agreement
This Arbitration Agreement affects your legal rights. Please read carefully.
By using this Site or purchasing any VitaHustle product or service, you agree that any dispute or claim between you and VitaHustle arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, purchase of products, or these Terms shall be resolved through final, binding arbitration and not through court proceedings.
A. Scope of Arbitration
This agreement applies to all claims or disputes, including but not limited to those involving torts, fraud, misrepresentation, product liability, or violations of law, and regardless of the legal theory asserted.
B. Class Action Waiver
All arbitrations shall be conducted on an individual basis. You waive the right to participate in any class action, collective action, or other representative proceeding. No arbitrator shall have the authority to consolidate claims or award relief to anyone other than the individual parties.
C. Pre-Arbitration Resolution
Before filing a claim, you must send a written notice of the dispute to us and allow up to 60 days to resolve it. If unresolved, arbitration may be initiated.

Location: Los Angeles, California (or virtual/desk arbitration unless otherwise required)
Either party may request a hearing; otherwise, the dispute may be resolved through written submissions only. -
If your claim is under $10,000, you may be responsible for a $125 filing fee. We will reimburse any filing fee beyond that amount.
E. Survival
This arbitration provision survives termination or cancellation of your subscription.
