Ingredients

1/2 cup oats
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 egg
1/2 large banana
2-3 tbsp almond milk
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp coconut oil
2 tbsp vegan cream cheese
1 tbsp maple syrup
Directions
Preheat a skillet over medium low heat and grease with nonstick spray.
Pulse your oats in a food processor, then add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Mix together your cinnamon filling, spoon it into a plastic baggie with the end cut off.
sing 1/4 cup batter at a time, pour your batter into the skillet 1/4 cup at a time.
Pipe your cinnamon swirl and cook until bubbles form and disappear about 3 minutes, flip and cook for another 3 minutes on the other side. repeat until batter is used up.
Mix together your cream cheese and maple syrup until you reach a drizzleable consistency.
Stack your pancakes and top with banana slices, extra cinnamon, granola, and a drizzle of your glaze.
