1 scoop VitaHustle One Superfood in vanilla
2 large eggs
2 tbsp almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
2 peaches, sliced
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Planted based whipped topping or cream
Powdered sugar (optional)
Directions
Mix together the sliced peaches with the coconut sugar and cinnamon and set aside.
Whisk the VitaHustle’s one protein powder, eggs and almond milk (& vanilla extract if using).
Heat a nonstick pan on medium low. Once hot, spoon 1/3 of the batter into the pan and spread the batter out thinly and evenly to fry your thin pancake.
Cook until slightly browned, flip and cook for another 2 minutes. (Makes 3 crepes)
Add your peaches into the crepe and hold in half, and then in half again.
Top with whipped cream and powdered sugar.
