Directions

1. Mix together the sliced peaches with the coconut sugar and cinnamon and set aside. 

2. Whisk the VitaHustle’s one protein powder, eggs and almond milk (& vanilla extract if using). 

3. Heat a nonstick pan on medium low. Once hot, spoon 1/3 of the batter into the pan and spread the batter out thinly and evenly to fry your thin pancake. 

4. Cook until slightly browned, flip and cook for another 2 minutes. (Makes 3 crepes)

5. Add your peaches into the crepe and hold in half, and then in half again. 

6. Top with whipped cream and powdered sugar.
