1 frozen banana

1/2 cup frozen raspberries

1 cup steamed then frozen cauliflower

1 scoop VitaHustle ONE Supeerfood
Directions
Blend the banana, cauliflower, and ONE blend in a high powered blender until smooth. Remove half of the mixture and put it in a bowl, place in the freezer.
Add the frozen raspberries to the remaining mixture in the blender and blend again until the mixture is smoothie and creamy. Add to the other half of the bowl.
