Thank you for shopping at VitaHustle. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

INCORRECT / DAMAGED ITEM

If you received the wrong item in your order or if your order was damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately so that we can direct you on how to return any items to us and we can ship the proper items to you. 

Please contact us by emailing help@vitahustle.com or by filling out our contact form here. Please include your name, order number, description of the issue, and any photos you can provide of the incorrect and/or damaged items.

RETURNS

100% Damn Delicious Guarantee: If for any reason you find your first purchase of our superfoods is not damn delicious, you may return the used or unused product with receipt for a refund or credit towards another purchase (less any shipping & handling fees). Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. All other products have a 60 day return policy.

To request a return, visit our returns center and enter the required information. Return shipping labels may be purchased through the portal and deducted from your refund.

**Any clearance items are final sale and will not be eligible for a refund. 

REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within 24-48 hours, depending on your card issuer's policies.

SHIPPING COSTS 

With the exception of shipping errors, damages or defective products, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any shipping charges (to AND from) that were incurred on the order are non-refundable, and will be deducted from your total refund.
