INCORRECT / DAMAGED ITEM
If you received the wrong item in your order or if your order was damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately so that we can direct you on how to return any items to us and we can ship the proper items to you.
Please contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by filling out our contact form here. Please include your name, order number, description of the issue, and any photos you can provide of the incorrect and/or damaged items.
If for any reason you find our product unsatisfactory, you may return the used or unused product within 30 days of receipt for a refund or credit towards another purchase. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product is deemed damaged or defective. **Any clearance items are final sale and will not be eligible for a refund.
All returns require you to contact us first in order to get a return authorization.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within 24-48 hours, depending on your card issuer's policies.
With the exception of shipping errors, damages or defective products, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any shipping charges (to AND from) that were incurred on the order are non-refundable, and will be deducted from your total refund.
